The USA and Russian oil market: the impact of oil prices on the recovery of national economies

Abstract
The study is devoted to the analysis of the US and Russian oil markets, as well as the study of the impact of the cost of oil on the international market on the process of recovery of national economies. The article examines the reaction of the subjects of the world economy to the level of oil quotations that have developed on the international oil market against the background of increasing demand for energy resources. The leaders of oil production have been identified, Russia’s place in the world oil production volume has been established. The state of the US national oil reserves and the impact of high commodity prices on the US economy are analyzed, the threat of stagflation is highlighted. The Russian oil market, oil exports abroad, as well as the consequences of the high cost of oil for the Russian economy are studied.
