Ecosystem transformation management in a digital innovative environment

Abstract
The article discusses the main approaches to the process of digital transformation of organizations, demarcates the concept of «ecosystem», presents an algorithm for the transition from the classical model of an organization to an ecosystem, and provides a conditional example of building an organization’s ecosystem structure. The purpose of the work is to identify the main trends and prospects for the use of digital technologies in an innovative environment. The authors highlight the elements of digital ecosystems of organizations, systematize the factors that increase the growth of banks’ interest in the formation of ecosystems. It is concluded that in connection with the development of digital technologies and the growing competition of banking institutions, it became necessary to constantly develop this system, continuously improving it and adding new opportunities provided by remote banking channels. These events provide new perspectives for the development of the digital innovation environment.
