Abstract
The article points to the consequences for the institutional transformations that took place in the agrarian sector of the southern part of RF from 2010 to 2020. It reflects the results in mastering the provisions of the federal law «On Technical Regulation» in agriculture and also characterizes the problems associated with the implementation of state support programs for agricultural producers in the southern Russian regions within a 10-year period.
