THE IMPACT OF INFRASTRUCTURAL SUPPORT OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES ON THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE TERRITORY

Abstract
The article examines approaches to the innovative potential of the territory, the structure of infrastructural forms of support for innovative business, factors hindering innovative activity in the regions are investigated. The analysis of the rating of the subjects of the Russian Federation by the value of the Russian regional innovation index for 2018-2019 and the TOP-5 rating of the investment climate in the subjects of the Russian Federation for the period 2017-2021, the analysis of their interdependence. The directions of more effective participation of the state in the development of the innovative potential of the regions are determined.
