CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL REGULATION OF THE COMPETENCE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN THE SPHERE OF EDUCATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF SOUTH OSSETIA)
Abstract
Process of development and adoption of acts has to be connected with the analysis of a problem and forecasts of its decision in the future. In the Republic South Ossetia goes active process of formation of the legislation in several spheres, including in education. One of fundamental questions of creation of the legislation of the Republic South Ossetia about education is question of legal regulation of public management of education and competences of local governments.
