Abstract
The article considers the questions of what imbalances are a key element in any of the regional econo- my, defining priorities in the development of the industrial sector and services sphere, forming of social- economic development of the region. Measurement of disparities in quantitative expression and subsequent re- vision of the relevant documents reflecting the issues of socio-economic development of the country, agreed with the owners of the assets will allow solve the problem of minimization of their negative influence on the dynamics of reproduction processes in the region
