THE PILGRIMAGE OF THE FLORENCE CITIZENS INTO THE HOLY LAND: RELIGIOUS AND SPIRITUAL ASPECT

Abstract

The mental foundations of such sort of religious practice as the pilgrimage are being analyzed on a basis of two descriptions which have been left by two Florence citizens - Simone Sigoli and Lionardo Frescobaldi after their journey through Egypt and the Holy Land. Also there has been attached the cooperation between three confessions on such a bounded space of Jerusalem and the Holy Land in a whole.
