ESPECIALLY CONSCIOUS SELF-REGULATION OF AGGRESSIVE INTERACTIONS AMONG REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TEACHING PROFESSION: A FACTOR ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of general regularities and individual peculiarities of conscious selfregulation in the management of aggression, as well as the influence of cross-cultural aspects of the choice of the regulatory mechanisms of aggressive behavior. The results of the factor analysis based on principal component analysis, revealed the most important psychological constructs that influence the characteristics of self-conscious and aggressive nature of the manifestations of the teachers. These data can serve as a basis for developing measures of forecasting and prevention of destructive forms of aggressive manifestations of the subjects of the educational process.
