MODERN STATE OF EMPLOYMENT OF YOUTH IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY
Abstract
The article considers the problems of youth unemployment on a global scale, highlights the issues of employment in the tourism industry. A comparative analysis of countries with a relatively high level of youth unemployment is carried out. The factors contributing to solve the problems of youth employment by the travel and tourism sector have been identified and substantiated. Employment opportunities in the travel and tourism sector, contributes to the acquisition of professional skills that can contribute to career advancement and outside the sector; the level of dependence of many countries on GDP in tourism and travel; increased life expectancy and technological progress; policies aimed at supporting youth employment in tourism and travel.
