FEATURES OF MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR EuO
Abstract
The paper offers a view on an investigation into investigated the properties of Europium monochalcogenides, in particular its monoxide (EuO), which is a magnetic semiconductor with a unique set of physical properties. This carbon monoxide has been shown to be a convenient and easy-to-work-with object for investigation, both in the field of magnetism, and from the viewpoint of semiconductor features. It stimulates research, modeling and selection of materials for the components of the heterojunction.
