Abstract
In the article the developed system improve the quality of the information of afforestation through the introduction of tools of innovative development of regional economy. Currently, the strategy of an innovative approach to economic development and the development of the information society in the Russian Federation for the period until 2020 involves the development of mechanisms for exchange of information providing system for the transition of the regional economy on a sustainable innovative development with the use of information and communication technologies at the regional and Federal level. create an information resource that combines available information capacity in the economy of the South of Russia, concerned Executive bodies and business.
