THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL IN TERMS OF SOCIO-CULTURAL DYNAMICS AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGES AS PREDICTORS OF THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION

Abstract

The article considers the problem of quality of education as a socio-pedagogical phenomenon and the quality of students as one of the key factors of the quality of education. A comparative analysis ofpersonality traits of University students, as components of the construct «quality of students» in terms of the socio-cultural dynamics and technological challenges in the period from 2002 to 2014 by the three groups of personal representations: personal-characteristic properties, value orientations, the nature of interpersonal relationships. Defined transformation personal characteristics and their prognostic significance for the system of quality of education.
