ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF MASTERS IN LEARNING PROCESS
Abstract
The article discusses the new paradigm of independent work of masters. This phenomenon is interpreted as a way to exercise independent informative activity of masters. In the context of new requirements in the article describes the organization of independent work of master's degree on the subject «Social Psychology of Management». The article describes three kinds of independent work: under the guidance of the teacher, individual and free. The article offers variety forms and methods of independent work of masters. In the article analyzes the results of experimental work on the organization of independent work.
