В статье представлен анализ результатов социологического исследования эффективности де ятельности выборных органов Профсоюза работников народного образования и науки РФ на примере Северо-Кавказского федерального университета и рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности профсоюза в вузе. Интересы профсоюзной организации в образовании лежат в социально-экономической плоскости и обращены на достижение благополучия работника. Профсоюз рассматривается как мотивационный механизм и инструмент социальной политики вуза по защите прав и интересов работников и повышения престижа научно-педагогических кадров.
The article presents an analysis of gathered results of social stud, the goal of which is an identification of effectiveness of elected body of education and science Trade Union of the Russian Federation on the example of the North Caucasus Federal University, as well as several recommendations for improvement ofprofessional activity of a Trade Union in the university. The interests of a Trade Union organization in education concern social and economic problems and are aimed at achieving the well-being of the employee. The Trade Union is viewed as a motivational mechanism of the social policy of the university for protecting the rights and interests of workers as well as increasing the level of prestige.
