Применение данного подхода позволяет определять области режимов, оптимальные для проведения измерений, а также сформулировать требования к средствам измерений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article based on the classical theory of errors method to solving the problem of estimating the influence on the accuracy of identification the parameters of the model of the lines and transformators by vector measurements both of the metrological characteristics of the measuring instruments and of the parameters of the regime is proposed.
