В статье рассмотрены уровень и качество жизни населения, их основные показатели, дана характеристика основным составляющим качества жизни. Определены четыре уровня жизни населения: достаток, бедность, нищета, нормальный уровень. Было выявлено, что в качестве главного индикатора уровня жизни в стране выступает величина доходов. Дана оценка уровню жизни населения в Российской Федерации, в частности, проанализированы такие показатели, как размер среднедушевых доходов, коэффициенты распределения населения по доходам, величина реальных располагаемых денежных доходов, состав и структура использования доходов населения.
The article discusses the level and quality of the population's life, considers their main indicators and gives the characteristic to the main components of life quality. The paper defines four standards of the population's life: prosperity, poorness, poverty, normal level. It has been revealed that the size of the income is the main indicator of the life standard in the country. The author gives the assessment to the standard of the population's life in the Russian Federation, namely analyses such indicators as a the size of the average per capita income, coeficients of the population's distribution according to the income, the size of the real located monetary income, structure of the population's income.
