В статье представлен анализ состояния индивидуальной психолого-педагогической помощи в развитии и социализации детей, научный поиск путей создания системы такой помощи, а также проблема подготовки и переподготовки кадров для такой системы на основе формирования профессиональной компетентности специалистов.
The article presents the analysis of the state of the individual psychological and pedagogical assistance in the development and socialization of children, the scientific search for ways of creation of the system of such assistance, as well as the problem of training and retraining of the staff for such a system on the basis of formation of professional competence of experts
