В статье дается определение понятия «региональный инновационный потенциал», описывается структурно-содержательная модель сбалансированного развития экономики региона на основе реализации инновационного потенциала, приводятся проблемы при реализации инновационного потенциала регионов России, говорится об оценке инновационного потенциала региона, направленной на обеспечение его сбалансированного развития, характеризуется механизм обеспечения сбалансированного развития экономики региона на основе реализации инновационного потенциала
The article contains a definition of the term “regional innovation potential”, as well as offers a description of the structure-content model for a balanced development of the regional economy based on the innovation potential; there is a view offered on various issues faced when implementing the innovation potential of the Russian regions; the author also dwells on the evaluation of the regional innovation potential, which is aimed at ensuring its balanced development; there is a description of a mechanism to ensure well-balanced regional development based on its innovation potential.
